CarTalk.com.  Really!  Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers.  It seems that Tom Magliozzi was once a professor at MIT.  Really!  Read his dissertation on A New Theory of Learning.  He hits the nail squarely about what learning is all about, and what really works.  And he's a lot more entertaining than I am.
